Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp – Oil
  • 6 tbsp – Butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp – Organic Tattva’s Red chilli powder
  • 2 ½ tbsp – Organic Tattva’s Pav Bhaji masala
  • 8 pcs – Ripe tomatoes chopped roughly
  • 1 ¼ cup – Tomato puree
  • 1 ½ cups – Onions finely chopped
  • ½ tbsp – Garlic, minced
  • 3 pcs – Potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup – Capsicum, chopped
  • 1 cup – Cauliflower florets
  • 3/4 cup – Grated beetroot
  • 1 ½ cup – Cooked green peas
  • 1 cup – Water
  • Salt to taste
  • For topping:
  • Fistful of cilantro,
  • finely chopped Lemon wedges,
  • Onions finely chopped ,
  • Dollops of extra butter

Recipes

Heat a pot and add in 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter

Once warm, add in the onions and stir until translucent

Add in minced garlic, 1 tbsp red chilli powder and 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala. Stir for 10 seconds

Add in 1 cup of water and deglaze the pot

Add in everything else and give it a quick stir

Smash the bhaji with a potato masher or immersion blender

Add in 4 tbsp butter, 1/2 tbsp pav bhaji masala and give it a quick mix

Smash the bhaji with a potato masher or immersion blender

Warm up the tawa. Slit the Pav and spread butter on both sides. Heat up the Pav on each side until warm
